Some people act as if it is some 3rd World country or an authoritarian communist system where the dictator can hide such facts from the public for a year.

Except that he has not been since March 6 --- not March 9 ----- and the videos that have been quickly assembled to "prove" he is still with us have been judged Fake ( AI , cut etc etc ).
Equally he has missed a string of top command meetings , something that he has never previously done .
