As to their promises, exactly why I say 'no deal!'. And really, Iran is doing what they always do. Stringing out negotiations. In this case, they're hoping for political pressure to cause Trump to bend, or get to the midterms hoping the Dems will win the House in the hopes they'll hobble him (and they'll try their best if so).
