My daughter received three job offers in the matter of one week. New businesses are hiring all over town right now from restaurants to factory work. Is unemployment up across the nation? Probably but a lot of that has to do with all of the government workers being laid off. Generally, there has been a slight increase but nothing to worry about. Stop whining like a liberal.

By what measure do you say it is lagging? Prior to the war, inflation had fallen off, interest rates were coming down, unemployment was dropping slowing. What more did you want? The stock markets are at all-time highs still. My prospective son-in-law paid above asking price for their new house in Wisconsin because the properties are in fairly high demand.

What would satisfy you? Do you want Trump to pull out and let Iran run free to restore their missile and nuclear programs, plus fund their terror proxies?

Trump's reason as always been to keep the Mullahs running Iran from getting nukes. He has said it over and over. He bombed their main nuke facility. He took out most of their military infrastructure. Seems pretty clear to me what the mission is. Trump also said fuel prices are higher because of this war. Trump has taken every opportunity to explain his reasoning, you just don't like Trump.

It's against Trump's character to not put troops in harm's way. He's got to shake off those who influenced him to make avoiding American casualties at all costs the main priority. We should have had ships and beach-landing troops all over the "Persian" Gulf. We should have nationalized the Coast Guard for its smaller ships, necessary to sink the enemy's ones before they could mine the Strait. A warrior President would have landed troops on the Iranian shore to eliminate spotters.
