That's going to be a drop in the bucket when the rest of the lawsuits start. Every person that had Detective Joshua Jaynes investigate or be a part of their arrest is now going to file suit to have their case overturned.

That fact is Detective Jaynes really can no longer do his job because any time he would be before the court the defense is going to bring up how he presented false information in the past. For some reason the Louisville Police force still feel compelled to protect him.
