Of all jobs, I would think coal mining in a dark workplace wearing layers of clothes, helmet and dust masks (or whatever they call them) would make it easy to work unnoticed.

How do they show that "he" is actually a she? Do they do a reveal similar to the one in The Crying Game or Hangover II?
