I remember when we all agreed there was a zero percent chance of this happening. I’m not saying it’s likely, but the odds are above zero
 
I think we'll avoid civil war for two reasons mainly.

1). The Federal government is more powerful today and will use the military to quell any Conservative resistance.
2). Americans are still WAY too comfortable and well fed to consider disrupting their comforts.

Get back to me when the food runs out and ball games are shuttered.

I bet this happens all the time, every year, with all legislation.

In fact, I bet there was ten times as much push back when the ACA was passed. This is sensationalism. Look what station we are talking about here. . .
