For this he would either have to :
Increase Global Production which OPEC has said they are not willing to do... If other non OPEC countries try, they will reduce to keep a constant supply.

Decrease Demand, there is only two ways that would happen,

• Find alternative sources over time - Biden is doing this and Trump is working against this(because he is the pocket of Big US Oil)...
• Have a Recession

So are we having a Recession to reduce the price of Oil... Funny thing, he will tell you that(MAGA) and you would still cheer him on...
