Programmers also involves logic and problem solving.. But I would point out that only about 25% of IT teams are Developers...

Places like West Virgina are ideally placed for Near Shoring if they invest in the broadband speeds...

All because of government regulations and you don't have a choice to buy older designs, they aren't permitted to be sold by your God government.
