Fuel is global dumbass. The "law of supply and demand" is a "law" of economics. That average 600,000 bbls a day would have eventually lowered fuel prices, not raised them.That is just comical. Keystone would have created a handful of permanent jobs. And it would caused gas prices to go up, especially in the MidWest. That pipeline was specifically for moving sludge from Canada to refineries in the Gulf to produce diesel to EXPORT.

Hell, none of the big players bothered to show up, and while most of the leases didn't even draw a bid, the ones that did sell went for fifteen cents on the dollar anticipated value.
