If there was widespread obstruction happening there would be wide spread convictions. There are not. You are being lied to. Why cant you figure this stuff out?
You are wrong. There are multiple examples of obstruction in sanctuary cities and states.
Did you know in CA, thanks to the California Values Act, ICE is denied access to jails when they have warrants? State law where blocks cooperation statewide, not just declines it.
Did you know that NY restricts data sharing across agencies? ICE has said that has led to missed removals. These are intentional legal barriers.
Illinois also restricts ICE access to jails and information sharing. These are mandated by the state, not optional neutrality.
Not cooperating means they decine to assist. Obstructing means they prevent ICE from using facilities and data.

I am 100% for deporting ACTUAL felony criminals.
But you don’t want to deport illegal immigrants? It is ok with you that they walked across our border and are living here illegally as long as they aren’t committed additional crimes? That is the very definition of an open border. Is that your goal?
