After being demonized and attacked all year by BLM fueled hatred, we end the year hearing the positive personal stories of the 6 officers who secured and evacuated the Nashville Street hit with a massive bomb. That's what Police do on Christmas morning and any other day they are called. The bomb could have gone off early. There could have been an ambush just like there was in Dallas that killed 5 officers. Because of them, the only death in Nashville was the psycho that rigged the RV.

Police get “criticized”when they kill unarmed (or even sleeping) black people for no reason.

Yes, these officers deserve to be commended.

The officers who killed Breonna Taylor in her home, not so much.

That white American terrorist sure managed to strike FEAR and TERROR into the hearts of our boys in blue. Didn't he?

That's exactly the point. All we usually hear about police are the one in a thousand arrests that go badly and far too little about all the good they do. The Media shapes the narrative to what they want to present.

Actually, most of the good and bad they do goes unnoticed, unless it's something exceptional.

Yes, we don't hear about the guy who saved a life, but also don't hear about the guy who was abusive during an unjustified DWB (Driving While Black).
