Doesn't matter. Afghanistan borders China and China wants to work with them if they basically hand over the Uyghurs. The US needs to beat China in if they want to keep Joe's Cold War II going forward.

I am not sure . Enforcing and protecting the money from getting in the wrong hands without a U.N. military force will be tough.
