This is a complex topic as it may be related to the virus as well, it's difficult to say.

For example. I believe I have had covid twice. The alpha and omicron version. I have had some bouts of shortess of breath, tiredess etc from time to time though not extreme other than the first time I believe I had covid (which was a frightening few seconds of inability to breath). I have attributed these occassional symptoms potentially to "long covid". I can't say for certain that it is long covid but I highly suspect and I am not vaxxed.

Now, consider someone vaxxed or not who caught covid, had an adverse reaction and/or long covid. It could lead to myocarditis I imagine regardless of status as it might not be the vaccine but actually the virus itself.

No adult with a properly working brain actually believes that ANY medication/vaccine is 100% safe.
