'My health insurance is going up to $800 a month with a $15k deductible and that's the CHEAPEST PLAN"

Imagine laborers getting $5 per hour more and people telling them that will somehow cause inflation.

Then tell everyone how some person making a pittance wage of $20 per hour is supposed to pay out of pocket. We are all ears. Let me get the popcorn.
Those are unskilled workers. If they want to make more money, they need to acquire more valuable job skills.

You can’t just force employers to pay more than a worker is worth.

Of course it will. The company will have to charge more for its progress, and the cost of the raise is borne by the customers.

Then they neednt be hiring. A business can grow without help.

So what you are eluding to is our workfoce needs to be greatly reduced. That would help everything.

It was super affordable for the deadbeats that got free insurance.

How are they "Deadbeats", because they weren't fortunate enough to get hired by the right company?

My insurance payments shot through the roof because I had to change from a large multi-national corporation to a company with a one-location manufacturing site.

Of course the MNC moved all the office jobs to India, so it wasn't like I had much say in the matter.

One more year, and my wife and I can go on Medicare.

No, I’m saying that people who want to earn more than $20 hour need to get training in a field that pays more. Businesses aren’t charities.

No, they just need to pay market value.
But we both will agree its a good thing when a company has a terribly hard time filling their lower wage jobs. Let them struggle mighytily it helps the economy greatly. E

A very high turnovet rate is what is now needed. 3 or 4 months out the door.

No, they aren't.

And frankly, employers never should have been put in this position.

But your quality of health care shouldn't depend on how valuable you are to a company.

We should all be able to access quality health care at a reasonable price.

If someone keeps quitting jobs after 3 months, in a year nobody will hire him.
Wrong. Job hopping is the sign of a good worker. Always moving towards more money. There is absolutely no place for loyalty. Its an awful trait.

Companies dont want to retain even their best workers. Thats why one uses their skills against their employet.

Not every 3 months. It isn’t. No employer is going to hire someone with a record of quitting every 3 months.

Oh, I agree. It's why the average job only lasts 5 years.

It's why more and more employers are just going the route of hiring contractors instead of actual employees. Make them someone else's problem.

Oh they will in a heartbeat if the employee is higjly skilled. And said employee doesnt need to have growing the business on their mind.
