We could talk about various plan levels (bronze, silver,gold), but the bottom line is that is not a constructive conversation about ACA.
If underlying medical expenses are out of control and gov doesn't subsidise healthcare sufficiently then thats not the fault of exchange.
If we want to address what essential coverage is, then that again doesn't mean there is something wrong with the concept that there shoud be essential coverage, and we should have exchange where comparative insurance shopping and means tested subsidies are provided to Americans.
This is the intellectual equivalent of putting your fingers in your ears and saying "Nununununun".
A policy with a $15,000 deductible is really an expensive catastrophic insurance policy.
