The suits exposed some of the problems, it's ultimately up to the GA legislature to address them, which they did in part...

In Shelby County, which is Memphis, it's a largely strong Democrat stronghold in the state. Same with downtown Nashville. Another mostly Democrat area in the state. Each of these are islands surrounded by Republicans. So who knows what happened...

Everywhere else is strongly Republican. Chattanooga is another isolated island. It's kinda like Ashville NC with a lot of the "Hippy" crowd that resides there.
