I entered the polling place and told the lady who I was and produced my driver's license which she told me was unnecessary. Incredulous, I inquired how she could verify who I was and she just shook her head and said she wondered the same thing. How often are you asked to show your ID? I have cards on my keychain to take a book from the library or play basketball at the YMCA. The hospital was the last place where I was asked for my driver license, and I haven`t been there in a few years.

My mail in ballot requires me to provide ID like a driver license #, passport # and my home address. The lower your party sinks, the louder you squeal. No one is forcing the Republicans to run a convicted felon who robbed a cancer charity and operated a rigged (unwinnable) hole-in-one contest. Your pain is self inflicted.
