Being a moron I went to fight class last night and now I think I am F
Feels like hundreds of nano midgets smashing my spine with nano hammers

The pain meds don’t work

Those over-the-counter pain medications don't do shit. What you need is the real thing.

Damn tootin. Nothing short of that will touch that pain.

  1. Ortho Doctor first.
  2. You'll likely need surgery.
  3. Electronic pain blockers come later and/or need surgically implanted anyway.

If you go to an orthopaedic surgeon, they will almost undoubtably recommend surgery. Not only is surgery their bread and butter, they really believe in it.

About 20 years ago, I had a couple of days of just terrible lower back pain. I found that lying on my back on the hard floor really relieved the pain and in a couple of days, I was pretty much past it and that was that.
