Moscow deployed 90,000 troops to Ukraine border. Will Putin´s horde attack Europe again , or Moscow wants just to put extra pressure on the Liberal Or

It is hardly possible the US will sign on red lines drawn by Moscow.

We'll see. Actually, it looks like a good opportunity to prevent a big war. We don't create treats to Russia in Europe and Middle Asia, Russia don't create additional treats in South-East Asia and Latin America.
But yes, dumbasses from the Administration hardly will accept it, they need to loose another war (may be in Ukraine, may be in Taiwan).

Who is 'we'? Your friends in Moscow? I don't exclude that some agreement will be signed between the US and Russia on this matter. But definitely it won't look like what the Russians proposed today, virtually drawing red lines for the US.

I think that Moscow understands this well enough, otherwise these proposals wouldn't have been made public two days after sending them to the US.

Looks like these proposals were made in such almost unacceptable manner just for excuse: "We suggested peace, you - denied it".
What is even more important, China fully supported Russia:
-------------------------
TASS: In his virtual meeting with Russian President Putin, President Xi Jinping said China will continue to carry out flexible and diverse cooperation with Russia and other member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization to safeguard security and stability in the region. What challenges are China and Russia facing in this aspect? What can China and Russia do to safeguard regional security?

Wang Wenbin: On December 15, President Xi Jinping had a virtual meeting with Russian President Putin. The two head of states had an in-depth exchange of views on core and major issues of common concerns including safeguarding regional security, and achieved new, important consensus.

The world is witnessing the combined forces of changes and a pandemic both unseen in a century against the backdrop of complex and profound changes in international and regional landscape. We believe that China and Russia, two permanent members of the UN Security Council, take on important mission in defending regional peace and stability and promoting development and revitalization of all countries. For some time, certain countries have been drawing ideological lines, building new military blocs and stoking regional tensions, which have all brought grave threats and challenges to regional peace and stability and global strategic stability. China and Russia firmly reject this. We will continue to follow the two leaders’ consensus, take up responsibility, unite all forces that love peace and support peace, and make active contribution to realizing sustained, universal and common security in the region and the wider world.

So, there are good chances that Russia will send forces (including their medium range missiles and bombers) in Ukraine, Taiwan, Nicaragua, Bolivia, other places...

Nicaragua, Bolivia, Taiwan... What the heck, man? I want to remind you that Russia on nominal GDP is somewhere near South Korea and Spain. If not for their nukes and missiles developed on Soviet technologies, their role in global politics would be somewhere on the same level.

But they have nukes, and that changes everything. They are muscles of Shanghai pact, and Shanghai pact is more than half of the world's GDP.

If the Russians want to do the dirty work for the Chinese around the world, it is their choice. They don't worth more than that, after all.
