Mortis weighting updates

I cook my own food but not everyday, "too often" i live on fast food or restaurant food. I have to cut that back, i did, but i need to cut back more, i think im not eating correct still. But "Im staying on the ball".
So basically you know what you need to do. You're just not doing it
 
Maybe weight loss just isn't that important to you. Does your weight makes you unhappy?

It does make me unhappy especially at some certain moments, where im very down. But I think you have a point too that it maybe doesnt make me "unhappy enough" or that its not as much important to me as it should be. But maybe im getting my happiness from food, so its a devils cycle.
 
true. its like someone knows smoking kills but he still smokes, that is me too.

I'm pretty sure you already know this, but just in case it needs to be stated.... you're already putting a strain on your heart with your weight, so adding smoking to the mix is one of the worst things you can do.

I hate to sound morbid, but this is just the truth.... Tomorrow is never guaranteed.

I've heard of people who were only a few years older than you who died of a heart attack. Most likely because of their weight and their horrible diet.

For example, a chef named Carl Ruiz who bragged about never eating vegetables and eating tons of meat. He died at 44, in his sleep, from clogged arteries.

That kind of diet is just begging for heart disease and cancer
 
I was walking everyday but i want to start some work out at home too. I need to fight and controll my food cravings. Tomorrow is again weighting day
Today is weighting day: I lost 0.3kg since i weighted myself the last time
You need to learn to appreciate other kinds of food.
In 2014 I weighed 220 lbs (100 kg). I ate a lot of refined white carbs and fat (the wrong kind of fat).
Then my gallbladder started acting up. I quickly learned what caused the gallbladder pain and what took away the pain. Eliminating bad carbs, sugar and fat took away the pain.
I could only safely eat vegetables, fruit and certain meats I was still eating (tuna, chicken and eggs).
Eliminating white carbs and sugar caused my weight to drop from 220 to 160 in just 60 days. I never counted calories, and I was never hungry. I just ate "clean."
Try making a list of EVERYTHING you eat for a few days. Then see if you can find healthy but delicious alternatives for the foods you love. Over time you'll train your taste buds to appreciate the healthier choices
 
On 27th is weighting day again

On wednesday orthodox pre christmas fast starts basically i will turn vegan for a month that might cause weight loss too
Potato chips are vegan but they don't count 😂
Focus on wholesome NATURAL food. I call those "God food." You won't gain weight if you eat what God intended for you.

Btw, if you're not sure what to eat, a good app to help would be Dr. Greger's Daily Dozen app. You can make sure you're getting all the nutrients you need. There are different modes including a "weight loss" mode that you can use.
