You will lose the weight and save your health if you eliminate sugars, white carbs, all processed foods, and eat as close to the natural foods God created for you, as possible.
Do you fix your own meals? Or does someone who really doesn't understand what you're trying to do prepare them for you?
Protein, veggies and some fruit should be your focus. Things like normal pasta, pizza, chips, cookies etc you should avoid.
The way I eat, I never even think of calories. It really is more about food choices.

Not a lot of calories in that, but you WILL be stuffed. It's more about food choices than cutting back and being hungry all day. That isn't necessary or healthy
