I go vegan now+ fish for about forty days. I eat lots of fish salmon tuna etc and all plant based for example coconut milk and muesli for breakfast im curious if i will lose weight after those forty days but i suspect that i might improve my blood work like cholestorol

If you're eating lots of fish and also plantbased foods, that's not vegan. :) FWIW, veganism isn't about diet, it's an ethical stance against the exploitation of animals.

So you're going mostly plantbased. And although it's not vegan, it's still a hell of a lot better than what you were probably doing before. Good job, keep going!

Initially i lost weight but now i gained weight again i will keep doing it but maybe i should eat less eventhough its vegan?
You will lose the weight and save your health if you eliminate sugars, white carbs, all processed foods, and eat as close to the natural foods God created for you, as possible.

Do you fix your own meals? Or does someone who really doesn't understand what you're trying to do prepare them for you?

Protein, veggies and some fruit should be your focus. Things like normal pasta, pizza, chips, cookies etc you should avoid.

The way I eat, I never even think of calories. It really is more about food choices.

I'm not recommending it, but try eating a pound of broccoli 😂 Not a lot of calories in that, but you WILL be stuffed. It's more about food choices than cutting back and being hungry all day. That isn't necessary or healthy

Things made with PROCESSED white flour: Pasta, "light/fluffy" white bread, cookies, donuts, pastries -- pretty much the things that taste good this time of year 😀 You probably shouldn't try to go cold turkey, just try to make better choices one meal at a time, and when you fail (we all do), just try to do better the next meal

White carbs are essentially starch or sugars that are easily and quickly processed by the body. Cellulose (fibre) is also a carbohydrate but takes much longer to be broken down.
