To answer the idiots question earlier, YES he stepped up to my truck. He walked up to my truck, WHILE I WAS IN IT, and started opening my door, slamming it and then reopening it after I locked it. I am in my home, I can defend myself. I do not have to fight anyone. My passenger door was against a wall, I couldn't open it and get out the passenger side if I wanted to. I had NO way to even get away from this guy.

He called me a pussy and then ran and called the cops when he found out he was going to be eating lead in about 3 seconds if he didn't get away from my truck. Even though these liberal fucking idiots don't realize it, deadly force is justified when you FEEL YOU ARE THREATNED WITH GREAT BODILY INJURY OR DEATH. It does not say YOU HAVE TO BE IN A FIGHT FIRST. It does not say you have to fight anyone who wants to fight you.

Well then I agree you were right to warn him that you had a gun. I might even put my hand on the gun but DON'T show it. Keep your distance. Start calling for help. When someone runs up tell them this guys insane. He broke into my truck.

Again, keep your distance. Warn him that he's close enough any closer you are going to feel threatened. And if he keeps coming forward you keep backing away but if he puts his hands on you at that point, pull out your gun and shoot him in the head or chest. He's attacking you and you did everything you could to back away.

And this thread isn't about an article. This is the first thread I ever started here that is about ME and ME personally. Something crazy happened yesterday while in my truck.

So I arrive at a receiver with a loaded trailer. When I arrive there is a company driver already there, but pointed completely in the wrong direction AND in his sleeper berth. So I quietly park alongside him, pop the airbrakes, and turn off the engine. Nobody is at this warehouse yet as its early in the morning.

Fast forward about a half hour and I start seeing people showing up, workers. I hop out of my truck and bring them my paperwork and tell one of them "This other driver was here already, you want to unload him first?" He said "No, no, you." I said ok. So I went and popped my doors and backed into the dock. That was when ALL FUCKING HELL BROKE LOOSE.

This other driver comes storming to my door, knocks on it and as soon even before opening it, he's cursing at me, and yelling at me, then slams my door VERY HARD. I then open it, try once again to explain what happened, and he does more cursing, and swearing and slams it again. I open it again and tell him to stop slamming my fucking door. He then says "Oh yea, what you gonna do about it?" So I locked the door.

He immediately laughs, reaches into his pocket, and says "Oh yea, I have a key!" and proceeds to then UNLOCK AND REOPEN MY DOOR. That this point, I tell him if he comes any closer I will shoot him. He says "Oh you have a gun? Let me see it." I said yes I do, and showed him the case. He then runs like a fucking pussy yelling "I'm calling the cops!" The fucking cops show up, take me out of the fucking truck at gunpoint and embarrass the fuck outta me for this fuckhead who started the fucking fight and then broke into my truck using a company key, and then got pissed when I told him I would use deadly force to protect myself. This happened in New York and the fucking cops told me that I'm not allowed to carry a gun and ammo together. Basically saying I could be arrested for "menacing" for telling him I was going to shoot him. I told that fucking pig THIS MOTHER FUCKER started it!! He broke into my fucking truck WITH ME IN IT threatening me!!! And then proceeds to call the cops when he realizes he fucked up bad. Your vehicle is considered an extension of your home. THIS ONE ESPECIALLY, since I LIVE IN IT 3 and a half weeks out of a month. This IS MY HOME. So him breaking into this truck is like him forcing his way into my front door. In LA, that would mean shoot him dead, no questions asked. But knowing I was in fucking New York with their fucked up laws, I held back but was going to shoot if I had to. But he ran like a fucking pussy when he realized he was about to "find out" because he done already fucked around.

I'm so fucking mad at this motherfucker right now, he BETTER not show up at the same truck stop I'm at. Here is a dashcam video. You can see him walk up to my truck in the hood mirror on the drivers side, the rest you hear is just audio. The cops wound up looking at this video and gave me my gun back and let me go scott free. I was like this motherfucker STARTS the fucking fight, breaks into my truck (committing felony vehicle burglary) and then runs like a pussy calling the cops when I let him know I would defend myself if he took another step into my truck.

I haven't heard anything from my company about this but this video was sent to the director of safety. This mother fucker needs to be GONE NOW.

OH YEA FUCK NEW YORK AND THEIR PROTECTION OF THE FUCKING CRIMINALS.

Turn the volume up loud so you can hear when he says "I have a key" and that's when I felt my life was in danger and I could do nothing to stop him from attacking me in my truck other than shooting him. I was shot 6 times in an armed robbery at work, that won't happen again. I will shoot first, and ask questions later. Now people know I'm fucking serious.

His problem was that he arrived at the receiver before I did, but the receiver said they wanted my product in the warehouse before his. This is not unheard of, as often times warehouses take deliveries in the order they need the product, or whatnot. The order the trucks arrive on site is irrelevant sometimes. His beef was with the mexicans in the warehouse, not me. But he made the mistake and came after me. He was sitting in his drivers seat, 15 feet from the receiving door of the warehouse. He was too fucking lazy to get out and go talk to these people, then blames me when they want to unload me first.

I did absolutely NOTHING wrong. I arrived at a warehouse and backed into the dock when they told me to. Just like I've done thousands of times before. You snooze you lose. He didn't get out and go talk to someone about being unloaded, so he had to wait.

Yes I agree. The cops told me if I would press charges against him, the other guy would press "menacing" charges against me. There is NO WAY that would stick in court, I would take that shit to trial. But you know how much of a PITA it would be to have court dates at a court 2000 miles from my house?

That largely depends on the state. It would definitely be nenacing here in Massachusetts. That’s part of why I don’t believe in giving warnings or anything.

The first sense you’ll get that I’ve had enough is the burning sensation of the bullet hole and then the sound of the gunshot.
