Mortis weighting updates

It gets harder after the first 10% or 15kg. Stick with it though, the rewards are worth it. Pain, Doctors, Meds & Bills will go away, then it's easier to make money & date women.

(319in lbs. ) I hope all goes as planned for you. It took me 4 years to go from 245 to 215 mainly due to my legs were not up to physical exercise. But I got there by discipline of my diet and what little exercise I could do .

I weight myself every ten days last time i was on the scale on 27th October that means i will weight myself again on 7th November i will use this thread to post my results to keep track of progress

27th October

I weigh 86 kilograms. I support your weight loss as my goal weight is 73 kilograms.

Rubbish performance if I have understood correctly --- 0.9 kg in five days .
You should shed three to five kilos in around the first two weeks although things will then be much slower .

Your daily walking should be 4 miles minimum or equivalent from other sorts of exercise

I reduced my food intake, and walk a few times a week. On wednesday i walked 1.5hours eventhough usually i walk 20-30 minutes only, but on wednesday i pushed myself, i was very exhausted. I also cut out the fast food, from mcdonalds, döner kebab and such. Eventhough I think I still eat too much eventhough i ate more before. I think it goes very slowly you are correct and im sad. I will celebrate my first stepping stone when im below 140kg like 139.5 etc. kg

Don't be sad. What you are doing is great. Just keep doing it...

Well done for making a good start . You know what to do with all the advice you have been given .So do it and no cheating .

I suggest that everything depends on your mind set .
Everything.

I believe you’ve said you don’t have a job, if so look at getting exercise as your “job” right now.

Five days a week get out there and walk, walk, walk.

Take a bus to some spot 2 or 3 miles from your house and then walk back home. Listen to some music. Get to know your town better. Make it interesting.

In addition to the weight loss, it’s better for your mental health. If you set and meet these goals everyday, your downtime playing video games or watching tv will be more enjoyable and rewarding, as opposed to the depressing reality of having too much downtime.

Getting out and doing something everyday because you’ve set that goal and have to do it will make getting and keeping a job easier down the road. It will get you in that mindset.

That's fantastic. Don't stop. Before reading the comments on this thread, I was going to ask if you walk regularly. Even though it might not seem like much compared to other exercise, walking is a great thing for lots of reasons. And I've heard about some amazing results of obese people losing weight mainly just from walking daily. I'm glad to hear you're trying to lose weight, I hope you achieve your goal.

Something very wrong in your minimal achievement versus your apparent new regime .
Look carefully again at the most obvious factors

Types of food you are eating .
Drinks ( ideally only good quality real mineral water )
Times of eating and snacks ( zero must be the target)
Portion size
Amount of exercise

If the answer is not in one of those areas then my name is not Penelope Braveheart .
