I reduced my food intake, and walk a few times a week. On wednesday i walked 1.5hours eventhough usually i walk 20-30 minutes only, but on wednesday i pushed myself, i was very exhausted. I also cut out the fast food, from mcdonalds, döner kebab and such. Eventhough I think I still eat too much eventhough i ate more before. I think it goes very slowly you are correct and im sad. Types of food you are eating .
Drinks ( ideally only good quality real mineral water )
Times of eating and snacks ( zero must be the target)
Portion size
Amount of exercise
