So I arrive at a receiver with a loaded trailer. When I arrive there is a company driver already there, but pointed completely in the wrong direction AND in his sleeper berth. So I quietly park alongside him, pop the airbrakes, and turn off the engine. Nobody is at this warehouse yet as its early in the morning.

Fast forward about a half hour and I start seeing people showing up, workers. I hop out of my truck and bring them my paperwork and tell one of them "This other driver was here already, you want to unload him first?" He said "No, no, you." I said ok. So I went and popped my doors and backed into the dock. That was when ALL ******* HELL BROKE LOOSE.

This other driver comes storming to my door, knocks on it and as soon even before opening it, he's cursing at me, and yelling at me, then slams my door VERY HARD. I then open it, try once again to explain what happened, and he does more cursing, and swearing and slams it again. I open it again and tell him to stop slamming my ******* door. He then says "Oh yea, what you gonna do about it?" So I locked the door.

He immediately laughs, reaches into his pocket, and says "Oh yea, I have a key!" and proceeds to then UNLOCK AND REOPEN MY DOOR. That this point, I tell him if he comes any closer I will shoot him. He says "Oh you have a gun? Let me see it." I said yes I do, and showed him the case. He then runs like a ******* ***** yelling "I'm calling the cops!" The ******* cops show up, take me out of the ******* truck at gunpoint and embarrass the **** outta me for this fuckhead who started the ******* fight and then broke into my truck using a company key, and then got pissed when I told him I would use deadly force to protect myself. This happened in New York and the ******* cops told me that I'm not allowed to carry a gun and ammo together. Basically saying I could be arrested for "menacing" for telling him I was going to shoot him. I told that ******* pig THIS MOTHER ****** started it!! He broke into my ******* truck WITH ME IN IT threatening me!!! And then proceeds to call the cops when he realizes he fucked up bad. Your vehicle is considered an extension of your home. THIS ONE ESPECIALLY, since I LIVE IN IT 3 and a half weeks out of a month. This IS MY HOME. So him breaking into this truck is like him forcing his way into my front door. In LA, that would mean shoot him dead, no questions asked. But knowing I was in ******* New York with their fucked up laws, I held back but was going to shoot if I had to. But he ran like a ******* ***** when he realized he was about to "find out" because he done already fucked around.

I'm so ******* mad at this ************ right now, he BETTER not show up at the same truck stop I'm at. Here is a dashcam video. You can see him walk up to my truck in the hood mirror on the drivers side, the rest you hear is just audio. The cops wound up looking at this video and gave me my gun back and let me go scott free. I was like this ************ STARTS the ******* fight, breaks into my truck (committing felony vehicle burglary) and then runs like a ***** calling the cops when I let him know I would defend myself if he took another step into my truck.

I haven't heard anything from my company about this but this video was sent to the director of safety. This mother ****** needs to be GONE NOW.

Former NFL quarterback Mark Sanchez was pepper-sprayed and stabbed multiple times during a late-night altercation with a 69-year-old truck driver in a downtown Indianapolis alley, which resulted in criminal charges against the Fox Sports analyst, according to court records filed Sunday.

Sanchez, smelling of alcohol, accosted the driver of a box truck that backed into a hotel’s loading docks, leading to a confrontation outside the vehicle that prompted the driver to defensively pull out a knife.

As the altercation escalated, the driver feared “‘this guy is trying to kill me’” and pulled his knife as Sanchez came at him. Sanchez was initially stabbed two or three times, then stabbed again when he went at the driver again

Sanchez opened the truck door and began talking to the driver. Sanchez told the driver he couldn’t be at the loading dock and that Sanchez had spoken to the hotel manager. Sanchez smelled of alcohol and his speech was slurred, the driver told police.

Sanchez followed the driver from side to side of the truck. When the driver darted toward the driver’s door, video showed Sanchez “grabbing and throwing” the driver toward a hotel wall. The fight continued against a dumpster and Sanchez threw the driver to the ground.

Sanchez climbed into the truck but got out when told by the driver he wasn’t allowed in. Sanchez repeated that he spoke to a manager and didn’t want the driver to replace fryer oil. Sanchez tried again to get into the truck and blocked the driver from calling his manager

Believing he was in danger, the driver grabbed pepper spray from his pocket and sprayed Sanchez’s face. Sanchez wiped his face and advanced toward the driver again.

The driver then pulled his knife and stabbed Sanchez as the ex-quarterback came at him. The driver fell onto pallets on the ground, he told police.

The driver made it to his feet and stabbed Sanchez the last time as Sanchez came at him, it said.
