Michigan has been putting illegals onto Jury stands. And voting. Some voting more than once. What a mess with 8.4 million names on voter rolls but 7.9 million eligible citizens max?

As a side note, according to the most recent U.S. census, if 100% of eligible voting-age citizens were registered to vote in Michigan, the state would have 7.9 million registered voters. Somehow, Michigan miraculously has 8.4 registered voters, according to state data.
