MLB reinstates Pete Rose and others, paving way for Hall of Fame consideration

Mantle stayed to pass 500 HRs, Rose wanted Ty Cobbs record. The fans want to see it, the team wants the attention, the League loves it.

The point is mantle was a very good player right up to the end while rose should not have been in MLB his last 5 years.

and no one said shit when bonds had his best years in his late 30's when most players are fading...
Bonds won the MVP award the year he turned 37, 38, 39, and 40! No one does that without help.

But still - bonds was the best player in the game for 10 years BEFORE he bulked up. That's why i say put him in the hall.

the point is you dont think Rose should in the hall at all....name a modern player who lead the league in hits 7x and doubles 5x led the league in runs 4x and won 3 batting titles....

Mick was fading by his mid 30s, moved to first base, out injured. Out of the game at 36
A byproduct of heavy drinking
Micks last productive season was 1964 at the age of 32

Rose was effective into his 40s
1500 hits after the age of 36
