She wasn't shot for trespassing.

She was shot because she was the lead person of a violent armed mob that broke through the last law enforcement barricade which presented a clear and present danger of death or serious bodily injury to the law enforcement officer and/or members of congress, their staff, and civilians.

That ^^^ is pure BS

She was essentially murdered in the nation's capital while fighting what she thought was a stolen election, so yeah.

Have you watched the video of the shooting? Unedited? In its entirety?

I have.

I have.

Why Yes, I have.

While I'm sure Lt. Byrd was scared in the face of the violent mob he'd just watch break through the barrier, his single shot saved lives because if the mob had gotten through there would have been a blood bath.

His action, single controlled shot center mass, shocked the mob for critical seconds while reenforcements arrived.

Um, except she was still a veteran.

I never saw combat the whole time I was in. I still expect to get the flag over my coffin. I don't know if I'll request an Honor Guard (I'm not even sure how that is done, exactly).
Contact the nearest reserve unit. They should be able take care of you.

His shot was NOT center mass.

it caught her in the neck.

Again. Not what the video shows.

His shot was NOT center mass.

it caught her in the neck.

Correct, neck/upper shoulder.

It was center mass because she was leaning forward, crunched in the window. She was not standing full up.

That body posture put center mass in a different perspective.

What the **** would you know about it?
WW might be an Airedale, and I disagree with him, but HE earned his opinion.
The AirDet were some of the hardest chargers on the beach when we hit the PI.

Well, that was stupid.

That she believed a con man who couldn't take that he lost, shame on her.

And the video's i've seen of her show a woman who was clearly unravelling due to mental health issues.

But she still served, and her family deserves the honors.

(On a side note, have they been keeping her on ice somewhere waiting for this to get resolved?)
This is not like we read about history in which you guys have tried to and did change things to your political advantage. History will not e 100% on what you call Jan. 6. A good percentage of the population will tell the story of a stolen election to their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. They will see videos of the person who supposedly won and his vice president and know it pretty quickly.
