Here's the problem with that.

She was never convicted of anything.

It's fairly unlikely she would have been charged with anything had she lived. (Most of the people who tresspassed on the Capitol Grounds weren't.)

This changes nothing for me.

She wasn't a discredit to herself or to any branch of service. Objectively, she was doing what she believed was an honorable thing to "stop the steal" of a U.S. Presidential election.
