No it does not. Neither Pence nor Biden have tried to claim that they own the documents. Trump was under subpoena to turn over all documents. He failed to do so and led about it to federal officials. The raid was justified.

It was a raid....they got a warrant and raided the house. There weren't armed federal agents at his or xiden's house. Now, I don't think there should of been for Pence.....it seems he looked at the things that were going on with Trump, and then of course with Xiden....and took it upon himself to do a review....and may have found some...it's not even clear from the report they are. Maybe Nancy, Shifty, Chucky and the rest of Govt should do the same.

The problem Trump has is that he attempted to withhold the documents and the government had to issue subpoenas without cooperation to obtain them. What he did is a crime. I think it would be difficult to prove that either Biden or Pence intended to keep the documents. Most likely they didn't even know had them.

As you know, and refuse to acknowledge, is the FACT that President Trump had sent dozens of boxes to the Archive and was in talks about what other documents should be sent. In the meantime, they were in a safe, secured location with Secret Service Protection.

As you know too is the FACT that it is now obvious that President Biden has been stealing and hiding confidential documents for DECADES. Say that was unintentional is just goofy.

Yes, but Pence made the mistake of standing on his soapbox and claiming that he was very careful, and that he didn't have any classified documents. And couldn't see any reason for somebody to bring classified documents home from the white house.
