Frankly, it frightens me the way so many people today view actions, choices and consequences. Hate is a choice and acting on that hate is a choice. If you look at this scenario objectively, the woman was in the wrong here. It doesn't matter if she thinks the guy's a piece of shit because it's merely opinion and probably most people in the restaurant didn't know who the **** he was or didn't care. All they knew was that their dinner conversations were being interrupted by some shrew with a personal beef.

That is the level of moral arrogance, and the sense of entitlement that comes with it, that we are seeing today. It scares the hell out of me because in the current moral and ethical climate, anything can happen and most of it will not be good. We've already seen how bad it can get with the anti-racism crusade spiraling out of control to the point that not even cotton plants are safe from judgment.
