Video showed some were after the break in. My guess is they were trying to mitigate damage. Those people did not get prosecuted and overall anyone bringing it up is just trying deflect from those who did break in.

The grandmother with cancer pushed her way past police lines to get into the Capitol and shouted at other rioters to join her.

She actually acknowledged her actions were wrong and accepted the punishment. When Trump pardoned her, she refused.
