i've been working on reformatting a large document, and somewhere along the line every little change i made started taking a long time to process, or the program would just freeze all together.
when this happens, there is a message at the bottom of the screen that says that word is in the process of "repaginating" my document.
another thing that's been happening is when i make a font change, it applies the change to other areas of the document that i don't want changed. when i hit undo it leaves the change that i wanted and everything else goes back to how it was before, so i know how to fix it, but it's really irritating.
does anyone know what i did to cause this, or how to fix it?
