Come on Berg...don't be an idiot! The Grand Jury only sees the evidence that the District Attorney shows them and gets zero rebuttal from the defense. When a DA was as biased as this one was...do you really think that Grand Jury was EVER going to not indict? The Grand Jury only sees the evidence that the District Attorney shows them and gets zero rebuttal from the defense.

That's what a trial is for. trump's attorneys presented his side of the argument and the trial jury rejected it because the evidence shown to the grand jury was overwhelming in its proof of trump's guilt.
