The media is in the tank for Democrats and the Democrats are a threat to progress in the Trump Administration and even a threat to national security.

Commercial media trafficks in what sells. And ironically one of the things that sells is paranoia. So you're buying right into it with this juvenile "us and them/there all out to get me" crapola.

Democrats are angry they lost the White House. Their primary accomplices in the election was the media. Therefore, they cannot be trusted to report the news honestly. In recent days Trump has been blocking their access because he knows they are in cahoots with those would torpedo his efforts, thus, the media must be kept totally out of the loop. Some will say this is wrong. I don't because they are a very serious threat to national security.

Oh no I doubt Rump will ever want media access "blocked". He doesn't even EXIST without The Media. He's completely dependent on it for that which is has always been his prime directive --- self-absorbed narcissistic ATTENTION. He knows it and they know it. Your first error was believing that the people who work in media care whether the company they work for makes money off of what they do. They only care to the extent that they can keep their jobs.

Your second mistake was in believing that they can't make money while slanting the news. If they did it openly they would obviously lose half their customers. In fact, they already have lost many of their customers. People are fooled because the leftwing media is very devious about how it presents the news. Simply not reporting certain stories is enough to slant the news - for instance, when the media cameras at Trump's rallies failed to pan the audience. The public never really knew how massive the attendance at his rallies was.

When we allow the president to restrict our right to free speech because he has determined that we lie, then all of our freedoms we enjoy are in jeopardy. The founders created the 1st amendment, not to protect the rights of people that write the truth but rather the rights of the people to write what they please without censorship from the government.

In this country we let the people, not the government determine what is truth.

When government limits access to information in order to influence how it's reported it's certainly a 1st amendment violation. Russia has done this for years, favoring media outlets that tell the story the way they want it told. Barring organization from the press pool that don't tell the story the way Trump wants it told is a first step in controlling the media. Trump is learning the same thing Hitler learned when he rose to power, controlling the media is critical to success.
