It wasn't. So that's a fantasy.The real question is whether the DOJ is willing to act like hearsay is worthy of charges. They might do so even though the primary accusation she made has been PROVEN to be a lie by a couple of SS agents who were in the car with him that day.
But the DOJ will be far more interested in other items from her testimony. Some hearsay, some not. Of course, as any even simple person should know, none of it will prompt charges. It will prompt investigations.
