We were talking about the Constitution, the Second Amendment, a Citizen's Right to Bear Arms and the Law of the Land.

All of that has already been codified into Law, and ratified by the States.

None of that has anything to do with what you posted,
other than a reason to support the idea Citizens should have the right to bear arms for more than hunting.

This makes me boiling mad. I was born a long time ago and raised a US citizen. I stood up and saluted when the US flag was planted on the moon. It's not about whether we agree with him, or not. If one reads our Founding Fathers Federalist Papers, coupled with the Second Amendment, it is obvious that keeping the public armed is indeed to ensure that the citizenry can rise up and rebel against the states governments, to preserve the freedoms therein.
As for "concentration camps" (aka: Gulags), that is a tactic of strict socialist governments and military juntas. Republicans want a smaller central government with less involvement into peoples lives, letting people rise or fall on their own.
