Before the 1st Impeachment Pelosi promised she would not let Impeachment go forward without 2 things: 1) Irrefutable evidence proving guilt, & 2) Bi-Partisanship....she had neither.

Even though it was election procedure in EVERY counting location to put the separated from their envelope ballots, in cases and under a table set up, until the votes were brought to the vote scanning machines....???
