the poll watchers were watching the poll workers open absentee envelopes, take out the ballot, smooth out the folds (so they can be scanned in the machines counting later), and put the unfolded ballots, in ballot cases....awaiting the counting of the ballots by the scanning machines....the ballot case holding area until counting, was under the table.

The poll workers doing the removal of ballots from absentee envelopes job, were sent home, after they finished their job. The poll watchers followed them out, not realizing that there was another group of poll workers there, that would begin the scanning process.

By election law in that state, poll watchers are only REQUIRED by law, to be there for the opening and removal of the ballots from the envelopes.... They did such.

BS - video and testimony proved Democrats told the GOP observers no more ballots would be counted that night & as soon as they left the Democrats pulled out suitcases filled with ballots. Like you, they forgot about the surveillance cameras.
