Massie has a great idea for getting the names of miscreants out there from the Epstein files

Here you go:

The FBI then closed their investigation on Sept. 18, 2008, after reaching a plea deal with Epstein in June 2008, where he pleaded guilty to two state solicitation of prostitution charges and received immunity from federal charges. Epstein received an 18-month prison sentence, but only served 13 months, most of which was spent outside his cell as part of a work-release program.

The investigation was not reopened until July 2019, when Epstein was arrested for sex trafficking of children and conspiracy. Just over a month later, on Aug. 10, 2019, Epstein was found dead in his cell after an apparent suicide.

Epstein went the route of the DC Madam.......isn't that interesting?

Who was the head of the FBI then?

I have read that Rep. Thomas Massie says he has a major move in mind regarding the Epstein files.

He stated that if the Department of Justice, under Pam Bondi, does not release unredacted names linked to Epstein, he could take the issue to the House floor and read the names publicly under congressional immunity.

Under that protection, such statements would be part of the official Congressional Record.

This is genius.

In the Yahoo News report, Massie states that he is willing to use the constitutional protections afforded to members of Congress to “publicly read a list of Epstein’s clients” that is being compiled by victims. This is a direct acknowledgment that he may release names on the House floor, where he cannot be prosecuted or sued for doing so.

Members of Congress are protected by the Speech and Debate Clause of the U.S. Constitution. This means:
  • They cannot be prosecuted for statements made during official legislative activity.
  • They cannot be sued for defamation for what they say on the floor.
  • They can introduce documents into the Congressional Record with legal immunity.
So if Massie chose to read names aloud, he would be shielded from legal consequences.
You mean he will read names of people who are mentioned in documents which haven’t been seen?

His offers one very stupid position to take.

That’s not even counting the fact that having one’s name in the Epstein files doesn’t mean that the people so named ever engaged in any criminal behavior.

But, jerkoffs like you are fine with spreading guilt by association. You mindless drone moron.

The light slap on the wrist has long been noted. The FBI is nothing but corrupt. I've noted that before.

You would do the same, I think. Why should he open himself to lawsuits if he can avoid it.
So why hasn't he named the names like he already said he was going to do? People are starting to move on from Epsteingate so I guess Massie needs to milk it before it's no longer relevant.

I dont believe there is. Nothing in there would ever hold in court. Its all a bunch of gray, pieced together pictures, discombobulated with pdfs, and just text all over the place. The people that did commit crimes against these kids should be brought to justice though. I don't know how thats ever going to happen though, at least not down here on this little blue spinning ball in space. I find it odd that libs are pushing this yet they couldn't be found when the fbi was descending on bidens daughters diary like locusts coming down on pharoah in ancient egypt.
I’d be surprised if there are smoking guns as well. Still, it looks Iike there must be stuff that is damning… I mean why go through this much trouble as a republican (Massie) for nothing?

That crap about hiding behind their speech and debate clause regarding this issue I think won't pass muster.

Based on crystal clear baseless speculation, of course.
So, I’m assuming that a fart smeller — such as you — can identify what legally actionable evidence could support a criminal prosecution of anyone “identified” (if any) by any alleged victim?

In fact, for a guy of your intellectual abilities, it ought to be easy to do so.

I look forward to reviewing the evidentiary facts you believe could support an actual criminal prosecution. (But, if you end up talking such pap as “#BelieveAllWomen,” then we will all know how completely full of shit you are.)

I don’t mind. I am a thinking human. If he reads the names of people who emailed Epstein I’ll yawn. If he reads the names of men accused of sexually assaulting teens then I’ll applaud.

Nail the pigs who took part in this.

This may end up being one of the biggest and ugliest things our elites have ever been a part of. At least that we KNOW about.

Anyone who doesn't want the lid blown off this thing is knowingly protecting pedos and sexual trafficking.
couldn't agree more, in fact massie knows he has every right to move forward with this and every day that he doesn't he is knowingly aiding and abetting those named...no excuse/none for acting like those he is claiming to try and out unless he his hiding something.

What about accused now destroyed in the public eye based on unproven allegations?
Too late. The law was passed. This is a well publicized cluster F of people avoiding culpability. The law said ONLY protect victims not people accused. They protected people accused… that is against the law that was passed and signed by Trump.

Not sure I understand that excuse. They had decades. Literally hundreds if not thousands of seasoned attorneys and investigators. They didn't find bupkis with which they could criminally prosecute anyone other than Epstein and Maxwell.

Mueller himself led the FBI that investigated Epstein for close to a decade.
Rawley uses excuses. I use reasons. Mueller is an American hero, the President belongs in jail.

Mueller was no hero. He was used by the Deep State.
The last I saw of him, reporting on the findings of his "report", it was obvious he had dementia and didn't have a clue what was going on.
I wish him peace. I don't consider him to be either a villain or a hero. He was just a pawn.
