Mark Levin on Jack Smith and the Corrupt DOJ

What was the lie?

These cases take a long time. They are very complex.

All the documents were presidential executive orders? Even the ones with nuclear secrets that he kept?

Trump has no indictments for documents for the time he was president so not sure why you think this matters.

Agreed. It was seditious conspiracy.

I agree. None of the indictments are for paying hush money.

I am starting to think you haven't read the indictments.

Trump defrauded the banks. That is illegal.

All the prosecutors lied. Like Jack Smith lied and said that presidents can not legally retain classified docs.
And that clearly is a lie because president routinely give permanent copies to whomever they want, like ambassadors, allies, labs, generals, etc., and they legally can also give permanent copies to themselves if they want to.

These cases are not at all complex, and the prosecutors put their cases together in just a few weeks.
That clearly shows fraud, since if the violations were valid they would have been prosecuted as much as 6 years ago when the events happened.

I did NOT say "All the documents were presidential executive orders".
What I said was that all the classified doc laws are presidential executive orders.
The current one is EO 13526, by Obama, in 2009.
It says president can do whatever they want with classified docs.
Trump had no classified docs of significance, especially not any on nuclear secrets.

Since presidents can legally give permanent copies of classified docs to any anyone, that includes themselves, so then can legally have all the classified docs they want after no longer president.

There has never been a legal law on "sedition".
In a republic, sedition has to always be legal.
As Jefferson said, all governments always tend towards corruption and we should likely have periodic rebellions. He was likely correct. This government likely became so corrupt as to be invalid around 1890.

And if you are not aware of the hush money indictment, you are not paying attention.
{...
A stone-faced Donald Trump made a momentous courtroom appearance Tuesday when he was confronted with a 34-count felony indictment charging him in a scheme to bury allegations of extramarital affairs that arose during his first White House campaign.

The arraignment in a Manhattan courtroom was a stunning — and humbling — spectacle for the first ex-president to ever face criminal charges. With Trump watching in silence, prosecutors bluntly accused him of criminal conduct and set the stage for a possible criminal trial in the city where he became a celebrity decades ago.
...}

How did Trump "defraud banks" since he paid them what they asked, never defaulted, and they make good profit?
There can never be a law requiring accurate valuation by a buyer, since he is never an expert. The bank and insurance companies always hire expert appraisers.
The law being used against Trump was for security exchanges, not mortgage appliers.

Trump wasn't indicted for hush money payments.

You can't delete evidence under subpoena even if your insane claim that they do it daily is true.

None of the indictments in the documents case are for having classified documents.

No it is not impossible. They mad false statements, forged documents and pretended to be electors. Those are crimes.

Link please.

Yes, there are 31 indictments over the hush money payments to Stormy Daniels, and that is also what Cohen plead guilty to lying over. But the charges clearly are illegal.

The security footage at Mar-a-Lago was never subpoenaed until AFTER it had already been deleted. Security footage is a loop no longer than 24 hours. The only way to save it would be to stop the cameras, and that would be illegal for government to demand.

All of the indictment on the classified doc case are for having the 71 classified docs out of 150 boxes with 150,000 docs in total.

There were no false statement, forged documents, and they WERE the alternate electors selected before the election even started.
There could not possibly have been any crimes
If there were, then be specific.
Did anyone kidnap the actual elector, take his place and try to register a vote for Trump illegally in the state legislature?

The Trump team made inaccurate statements on mortgage and insurance applications, where disclaimers were specifically added, to ensure the companies knew they were not experts.
Buyers of mortgages and insurance are NEVER experts on real estate value, so these companies NEVER rely on buyer valuations. So no fraud could have been intended or caused. There could not have been a victim or any harm. So it is impossible for there to have been any violation.

Levin is a POS, I've heard his rants. The question is, did Trump break the law? If he used his attorney to commit a crime attorney-client privilege is voided. That is the law and Levin certainly knows it.

It is true that an attorney can not use attorney-client privilege to hide criminal conspiracy, but Trump can use presidential executive privilege even if a crime is involved.

Which part was false?

Do you think Levin has access to all the evidence and testimony and if not how could reach the conclusions in the post?

No testimony or evidence is necessary in any of the indictments in order to tell they are bogus, because the law itself cannot possibly apply in these circumstances.

Calling the DOJ corrupt isn't half of it.

Beginning under Øbama it has become a festering cesspool to protect Democrats and all other members of the swamp/deep state.

It was Øbama who began ramking the DOJ into what it is nowm and enemy of Justice.

Jack Smith does not seem to care that this is not the Kosovo Special Prosecutor's office in The Hague. Donald Trump is not a war criminal. He did not commit acts of genocide. We have rules in our country, starting with the Constitution, as well as ABA and DOJ rules for prosecutors, and an entire system of evidence and procedures, that are in place to ensure that any individual, especially a candidate for president who is also a former president, is not treated as if this is some kind of Henry the VIII or, in modern terms, Stalinist "justice" system.
Using attorney-client information as the basis for nearly 40 charges against Trump, incessant leaking of grand jury and investigative information to the press (in violation of the 5th and 6th amendments), and other abuses of power denying due process to Trump (or any defendant treated this way) guts our justice system. And all of this, in the aggregate, is a frontal assault on our federal election system, with a presidential election upon us in which Trump is currently the leading potential nominee to run against Biden -- whose DOJ/FBI is investigating and prosecuting the former president.
Smith abused his authority in the pursuit of former Republican Virginia governor, Bob McDonnell. He was bluntly admonished by the Supreme Court's 8-0 ruling overturning McDonnell's convictions. He was bluntly admonished by a jury in North Carolina, when it rejected Smith's criminal charges against John Edwards, involving alleged federal election violations. In both cases, Smith, who was in charge of the Public Integrity Section of the DOJ Criminal Division, cut corners and essentially rewrote the relevant statutes. Smith encouraged the IRS to investigate numerous Tea Party groups, another outrageous attack on innocent citizens, for which the DOJ eventually apologized and paid over $3 million in damages. And this is the prosecutor, of a pool of thousands of current and former prosecutors, who Garland chose to destroy Trump, to imprison Trump, and to ensure that Trump dies in a federal prison.
Per usual, Smith piled up charges against Trump, based mostly on attorney-client privileged information released at Smith's request, and on the order an Obama judge who despised Trump and ruled against him on every single motion before her. She was the chief judge in DC, and the so-called "motions judge," and has since retired and replaced by another Trump-hating Obama judge. Smith knew she would given him mostly what he wanted. The information involved in this seedy episode remains under seal, except to the extent it has been leaked most certainly by Smith's office.
There have been over 40 material leaks of information relating to this investigation and the January 6 "case" in the last 6-8 months to CNN, Washington Post, and NY Times (obviously, all on the public record, and I've collected them), which assist the government's narrative and poison any jury pool. Smith and his comrades know the Democrat Party media will gobble it all up and regurgitate it just as he wishes (as they've done for the last 8 years, e.g., Russia collusion, etc.). All of this violates every legal and ethical standard put in place to prevent what Smith is doing. Yet, not a single judge, on his or her own, as admonished the government (which is responsible for overseeing the investigation, including improprieties such as leaks). Nor has the attorney general said a word about what his department is doing and how it is conducting itself -- other than stand behind "the good people" of the department. Ultimately, cf course, Garland is the captain of the ship and all that occurs on DOJ Titanic.
Meanwhile, the same DOJ/FBI that sought to destroy Trump in 2016 and throughout his presidency, with chapter and verse of Stalinist-like misdeeds so numerous they're impossible to list here, set forth in the Durham over 300-page account. They're still at it. They've never left. And the same media spews the same spoon-fed government propaganda. The FBI/DOJ have the same mentality, the same Democrat Party-allegiance, exercise the same abuses of power, in their years' long hunt for Trump. Joe Biden, like Hillary Clinton, are protected, despite their myriad criminal activities involving documents and foreign money, but Trump is treated as a genocidal dictator given The Hague treatment over documents (the Espionage Act has never been used against former presidents or vice presidents and was never intended to be, regardless of disputes over documents, classified documents, storage of the same, etc.). Neither Hillary nor Joe have faced even criminal investigations, let alone by special counsels, into their egregious acts -- which supersede anything they can even concoct against Trump.
See you tonight at 8 PM eastern on Fox.

Is this the same Mark Levin?

In 2011, Levin mocked and derided Trump for attempting to transition to conservative after years of donating to Democrats and touting relatively liberal views.

He said the billionaire is “not a conservative,” suggested that he is lying about being “pro-life,” excoriated him for donating to Rahm Emanuel, and accused him of pandering to Tea Party activists and treating them like they “are really stupid” by pushing a conspiracy theory about then-President Barack Obama’s birth certificate.

It seem well past the time when the government of the country no longer has any value and is criminal.
It was bad enough when we started the illegal Spanish American War, murdered millions of Filipinos, sided with the assassins who started WWI, etc., but now we are on the verge of starting a nuclear war over the fascist racists in the Ukraine.
There was always hope things would get better, like we did eventually get out of Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc.
But this election fraud, using bogus indictments, is way over the top.
There really is no hope of saving the government any more.
The spanish american war was legal.

Germany started WWI

Which indictment is charging him with paying money to stormy?
My mistake.
He was charged with obstruction because witnesses say he asked them to delete subpoenaed video and he asked his lawyers to lie about having the documents.

That is obstruction of justice plain and simple.
Only if he did it. Innocent unless proven guilty.
Which president did the same thing that Trump was indicted for?

It is when they falsify official documents.

He coordinated with false electors who falsified documents and made false statements in an attempt to overturn the election. That false under Rico laws.

How could you possibly know Trump is not guilty of anything? Do you have access to all the evidence and testimony the grand juries had?

If not I don't understand how you can make that claim.
Biden was found with missing documents in his garage, Obama had thousands of documents that he was supposedly digitized, Sandy Berger, Kennedy coordinated alternate electors in Hawaii, I don't understand how you are ignorant of facts but can hate Trump so much.
