Mueller has asked the judge to seal the evidence to be delivered to Flynn. Why do you suppose that is? Mueller & Co had no problem committing a felony in releasing Flynn's illegally obtained call with Kislayk but now, all of a sudden, Mueller is concerned about publicity and sanctity of privacy?

It was sealed because of the classified nature of the evidence against him. They couldn't unseal classified info about Flynn, the Russian spies he was working with, and the government's use of counterintelligence to secure that intel.

Now why would the tapes of Flynn talking to the Russian Ambassador (when Trump said "no one on his team had any contact with Russia") not be legal? They were surveillance of the Russian Ambassador with whom Flynn was working while Trump said no one on his team had any contact with them.

So they were already bugging Kislyak, and Flynn sauntered his way into that world the moment he started chatting with Kislyak on a tapped line.

I think Kislyak knew he was personally being tapped (he has to assume he's being tapped anyway), so he lured Flynn into that world knowing Flynn would implicate himself on the surveillance. That's the kompromat Kislyak used to get Flynn to do his bidding.

I was thinking of improperly unmasking Flynn. Kislayk was supposedly subject to FISA and Obama thought to listen in on a call between the Russian Ambassador and the new head of NSA and then have that call leaked to the media
