But you do get flat out liars who rely on the ignorance of usership to the facts and particularly ignorant to ''process'' in order to try to sell a good bullshit story.

Just yesterday I noticed someone who really does know better try to bullshit the forum readers into beieving that Massie voted against the SAVE Act when in fact what he actually voted against was the House rule modification that they tried to sneak in there to make it so they don't have to give 24hr notice on spending bills.

I, of course, corrected the poster and flipped the script asking why he supported modifying House rules to allow spending bills that historically look like this...

...to be introduced without the required 24hr notice but all I got was crickets chirping, predictably.

I think that may have been a case of that poster trying to take advantage of the fact that people really do not think things through all the way, and so you do get weaselry like that quite a bit.

That's their sole intent. And it's why they don't look up any information prior to posting said information.

People who respect and expect honesty, to make informed decisions, get ambushed even by their own side for expecting honesty. And even more so from the opposing side. Getting hit from both sides just for the simplest of things, like honesty, forces the decent folks to stop engaging.

I've been called a Biden supporter by Trump supporters who lean further left that me.

Sometimes I think these people don't know their political left from their right. The Dems and Republicans have changed so much since 9/11. Is this what they meant by "New World Order?"
