I think this one will be very tricky though. I'm not saying he doesn't have a point, the Open Borders have encouraged this along with the law, however, if a baby is born in the U.S and has never even set foot in Mexico, how can that baby be Mexican?

The only other option would be for the baby to be Stateless. I'm not sure this would set a positive precedent as much as I understand the need to reign in illegal immigration and the motivations for them to go to USA.

There are arguments for both sides that have appeal. I say build the wall, send people out of the nation who have been ordered out and/or entered illegally, and, change the extended family/lottery immigration.
