I just heard on one of the TX feeds that if their phones were off they did not get a warning.

Perhaps they should do like Israel does for rocket/drone attacks.....Evidently the phones they have there turn on automatically when there is an alert.

I doubt something like that would go over big here though.

Why isn't Trump blaming Gov. Abbott and the state for this flood like he blamed Gov. Newsom and CA for the LA fires?

Guadalupe River has a LONG history of flooding and the state hasn't done anything to their infrastructure to protect the people in the Hill Country area.
