He’s a deadbeat.Nope. Trump has never defaulted on a loan.
He didn't lie. He gave the bank his opinion of the value of the property. The bank had two options: take his word for it, or do their homework. Either way it wasn't fraud. But it isn’t about the bank. It’s about Trump.
Trump lied. A lot.
Seems like inflating assets by hundreds of millions to billions is a big deal.
But he did lie. A lot.He didn't lie. He gave the bank his opinion of the value of the property
But he did lie. A lot.
If you tell someone that your watch is worth $10k because it’s a Rolex, but it’s really a fake, you’re going. But according to you that’s just telling them your opinion.
It’s a lie.
The property wasn't a fake...lol.But he did lie. A lot.

Rather the bank did due diligence is irrelevant, from the ruling,Are you saying the bank didn't do it's due diligence and get an appraisal of the property done? I'm going to tell you that you would be very, very wrong.
He actually did for the most part. The property wasn't a fake...lol.
Now, if Trump had given the bank an appraisal on a non-existent piece of property, then you would have a good point
Im not going to keep answering your questions when you can’t do the same for me.I feel my 1000 shares of Altria Group are worth $100,000.
Are you going to loan me $90,000 or not?
Im not going to keep answering your questions when you can’t do the same for me.
Big Tish's version is a losing argument...lol.Rather the bank did due diligence is irrelevant, from the ruling,
The Attorney General established, prima facie, that the fraudulent SFCs had the capacity and tendency to deceive a sophisticated party (i.e., a sophisticated bank). The SFCs had this deceptive quality because the inflated estimated current values were calculated based on undisclosed false facts and fallacious assumptions known to the Trump Organization but kept from its counter parties.
Yeah, right, and ******* pigs fly.As I recall the testimony of the Deutsche Bank representative, they believed the valuation was likely an error. They made the loan anyway because no one ever lost money loaning to Trump.
And when the bank did their appraisal they came to their own determination of the appraised value. No fraud. He actually did for the most part.
Take his apartment where he valued it as though it were 30k square feet instead of 10k square feet.
Those extra 20k square feet are fake.
Agree?
Do you think the bank is so stupid they didn't look up the sq ft of the Apartment??? see this is why you can't believe these fake news reports... the extra 10,000 if there was an extra 10,000 sq ft could have included private areas in the hotel... its all a lie... and Tish will go down in history as a very bad American citizen and a tax and real estate cheat herself....He actually did for the most part.

Damn but you people are stupid. That didn't come from "Tish", it is a direct quote from the 300 plus page ruling issued by the Court of Appeals, ******* TODAY.Big Tish's version is a losing argument...lol.
The bank didn't lose money and said it wasn't deceived. Hence, Big Tish has no case. It isn't fraud just because Big Tish says so. She isn't a queen that can rule by decree.
Gotcha. So people can write down literally anything they want on a loan application and there's absolutely nothing illegal about it.I already told you; a bank can accept the appraisal they were given, or do their own.
They can make the loan requested, make a smaller loan or make no loan at all.
If two sophisticated parties came to an agreement, what's the issue?
Now about my Altria loan........
Gotcha. So people can write down literally anything they want on a loan application and there's absolutely nothing illegal about it.
Why are you trolling again? It's pathetic.Do you think the bank is so stupid they didn't look up the sq ft of the Apartment??? see this is why you can't believe these fake news reports... the extra 10,000 if there was an extra 10,000 sq ft could have included private areas in the hotel... its all a lie... and Tish will go down in history as a very bad American citizen and a tax and real estate cheat herself....
