The bank was paid in full and wishes to do business with the Trump organization again. Meaning, this was literally "no harm done."

If you're a Realtor you don't want that listing but with the incredible number of License Holders, you may be able to list your $300k House for $700k if you really want to. Smart Realtors run from those kinds of listings. But there's so many Domestic Engineers with a Real Estate License.......
