This is joyous news from London. Staff should not have to serve violent trash and decent people should not have to eat in the same vicinity.
Furthermore it is a huge knock to a places reputation to serve something like this.
Maybe they could have set up a table for him out the back behind the bins.

I am against discrimination due to beliefs. So, I disagree with the restaurants managements actions. As long as they are properly dressed and not starting trouble I would instruct the staff to just deal with it.

Staff would all politely call in sick or have impromptu strike...

Management would probably agree with them.... Might even give the staff a bonus...
