Kinda Funny. I was watching that show also. I sure didn't see it the way you did.

What O'Reilly said was that taxes were going to go up all across this country. State, Federal and local. I think Alan Colmes thought he meant it was Obama who would raise all taxes. Colmes immediatly corrected O'Reilly. Bill agreed with him. Obama didn't have anything to do with State and Local taxes. Jeeze. Nothing like trying to make a mountain out of a molehill doncha know??

Taxes are taxes and if this bs clusterfuck of a bill goes through. We will all be paying more taxes. Won't matter whether its Federal, State or Local.

see! the whole lame point the dems try to make is that if the city and the state have to raise taxes to cover obamalama's clusterfucking then we won't be able to blame obamie.. just sit back and watch us blame obamie..

I think he is pointing out that the states are responsible for medicaid, and medicaid expenses will be shifted more over to them. So their expenses go up, they are required to have balanced budgets by most of their constitutions, and they are going to have to come up with money for this somehow.

Obama won't go to the voters in each state and pitch tax inceases to them, but they are either going to have to cut other services, (cops, schools, jails, state parks, etc) or raise taxes to deal with the medicare issue that is coming their way.

Arnold, down in CA has been howling that 0bamacare will cost CA 20 billion. He is already short billions, where is he going to come up with the money for Obamacare?

I have more respect for someone who goes out and looks for information (even if they rely on the evil socialist library) than someone who goes to Harvard or Yale as a legacy or AA case and just repeats what the teacher tells them,

Interesting that you would disparage someone who educated himself. How very elitist of you. I personally have a lot of respect for people who, when they cannot afford college, find another way to get an education. I guess that's just me.... valuing education and respecting others who do it the hard way.

He's a very well read person, from what I have seen. I'm not an avid viewer but he seems better educated than many with pieces of paper telling us how smart we are. You would have a problem believing him if he told you the sky was blue - you're not capable of seeing anything other than your own bias.
