Little Mike could have bought votes

“It's an incredible way of putting it.”

Imagine what one million dollars would have done foe millions of Americans.

Bloomberg spent $500 million on ads. The US population is 327 million. He could have given each American a check for $1 million and still have money left over. This would have been life changing for most people. Yet he wasted it all on ads that got him nothing.

was this like a talking points you people got in your emails?

This is at least the 4th thread on this topic.

Yet nobody whined about the more than 6 billion dollars spent on the 2016 election.

How much does Trump spend on his weekly pep rallies? Why does nobody whine about that money?

imagine how much good the trump foundation actually could have done if donny didn't steal the donations to use for his own personal piggy bank?

Or the Clinton foundation or any of a ton of other such foundations used to garner favors

if the clinton foundation is ever closed down due to fraud & chelsea is ordered to take classes on how a foundation works, then you might have a point. garnering favors - possibly ... & i'm arguing that at all - but i don't believe any clinton pocketed that money.

500 million to lose... president Trump spent about the same amount for a historic victory, not out of his pocket of course.

Mini Mike is a beta bitch.

But the truth remains that all these extremely wealthy people could single handedly lift the entire poor class out of poverty. They could do that without govt help and without supporting policies that hurt lower and "middle" middle class people like me.

Was this math done on Bernie's calculator?

You are correct. The 10 richest people in America could give away 10% of their money and change the lives of the entire lower class.

But they won't and I do not really think any of us expect them to.

No, I dont expect them too but it would be better for the country then using govt to punish the working class in the process. You know, policies most of them support
