Lions vs Chiefs to start the year

Lose to the Raiders? C'mon, man.
Are you serious, did smellybozo seriously pick them to lose to the Oakland err chokeland raiders? Why am I not surprised.that’s why everybody should follow my lead and put him on ignore as I did years ago.. :laughing0301: :auiqs.jpg:

No surprise he picked them to lose to the raiders, smellybozo t reminds me of Brett farve,he will post over and over to you saying “that’s it I’m putting you on ignore” yet always replies back to you sounding like a broken record same as Brett farve always did when he said he would retire every year fir like five years in a row, full of hot air same as farve.:auiqs.jpg::laughing0301:

Matt Patricia? That was a rough year, two years?
2 and a half. He got fired (Thank God) midway through his 3rd year, 4-7 at the time. That man left a horrible taste in everyone's mouth and chased some pretty good players out the door. But hell, it's mostly been a rough 60 years since I've been a Lions fan, outside of a few bright spots like watching Barry Sanders run.

Barry Sanders and Megatron

Chiefs are good (overcame PHI with those two wide open backfield flare passes) but also lucky and unlucky at times.

Down 10 late to SF apparently beaten, Mahomes tosses up a wounded duck, flare, or "punt" downfield and somebody saw it and ran under it as SF was late. They lose w/o that if I remember correctly. Mahomes is reckless at times.

First time against Brady they lost in OT never getting the ball. They had NE on the ropes.

Then lucky to beat BUF in 13 Sec miracle finish. Wow!

I remember him, a very good RB out of Oklahoma I think. Injuries got him and he only played for like 5 years back in the 80s.
Partial credit. Megatron was Calvin Johnson, a wide receiver who retired early. One of the best wideouts to ever play the game.

Good memory on you.
Billy Sims played 5 seasons for the Lions. He had 1,131 carries for 5,106 yards, 186 catches for 2,072 yards and scored 47 touchdowns. He was

An OKLA rb that was fast and smaller. Orange bowl star too? Wild end zone dance. Chicken legging it.
6', 212, he wasn't that small. Check it out.

AND this one where he kicked a guy in the head. Fun stuff unless you were the kickee.

Later. I need a real screen to see those. THX

They won one game. For ***** sake the Chiefs didn't have their #1 WR or their best defensive player, and the Lions won by 1 on a ball that was tipped by the receiver (who should have caught it) and ran it back for a lucky TD. How about they make the PO's or win a game in the post season before we pencil them in for a Lombardi.
We didn’t have Kelsey either yet we managed to win the game.

Sorry champ but anyone who thinks the Lions (or any team for that matter) are the best team in the league based on a single game is a dumbass.
You would think the next champ would be one of the teams that win their week one game. And chances are Kansas City won’t repeat. It’s rare.

But if I had to bet on any team in the nfl right now, with kelsea and that guy sitting out playing? I would bet on the chiefs

Poor decisions by the Detroit front office have plagued this team for decades.
It’s more than just that. I told you guys about the year greenbay won our division and we were the wildcard. We started off so strong and greenbay was struggling so bad that year. Front office had nothing to do with it. It was The coaches and players. The question is, is it them or is the team jinxed?

One year is meaningless. There is only one consistent factor in the Lions 65 years of losing. The Ford family.

They looked good at the end of last year and while they had some miscues in this game, they still looked pretty decent. That front O-line is looking remarkable.

The question is:

Are they looking at a "Who Dat" season?
I was hoping maybe after we go 6 and 0 we make another video that goes viral Like 1980
